Represent Focuses on British Military Garments for Its 2016 Fall/Winter DUSK Collection

Represent gives a modern interpretation of classic British military garments for its 2016 fall/winter collection entitled DUSK. To convey the range’s earthy, rough-and-tumble aesthetic, the brand looked to the canyons of Arizona to film its newest campaign video. The cinched-sleeve bomber jackets, elongated tees and distressed denim shown are rendered in dusty shades of tan, burnt olive and merlot for a look that defines today’s notions of elevated streetwear. More importantly, the quality of the pieces are evident in the use of expertly-dyed denim and washed cottons. Waxed garments are also produced to achieve the vintage look of the designs. As for the accessories, the range also offers duffel bags and backpacks that are impeccably made from tough suede, canvas and leather. All garments, excluding its European-made denim are constructed in Britain, while the accessories and footwear are all crafted in Italy.
